Further education
Helen has extensive experience as a senior leader in the further education and skills sector specialising in improving performance data and data analysis, identifying ways to improve the quality of teaching and assessment practice, and general coaching and support for managers, teachers and trainers.
She can provide support for writing high quality, analytical self-assessment reports and producing realistic quality improvement plans. This includes data analysis to focus on the key issues facing an organisation.
She can provide coaching for curriculum managers and leaders on how to improve the performance of their curriculum areas and showcase the best of what they offer.
Higher education
Helen has extensive experience of higher education in further education settings and this includes meeting the requirements of the Office for Students and achieving Bachelor Degree Awarding Powers.
Services include: curriculum reviews, curriculum design, annual quality reviews, data analysis and improvement, support for higher education students within further education settings
APPRENTICESHIP PROVIDERS
Helen can support apprenticeship providers to improve the quality of their provision by reviewing the off-the-job training, reviews and assessment practice. She can also review the links between on- and off-the-job training for apprentices and oversee preparations for end point assessment.
